How does it work?

It all begins with an idea.

Stereo Mastering

With Analog Outboard and Digital Precise instruments.

From 40€

Stereo Mastering is the standard form of Mastering: the client provides a stereo audio uncompressed file (WAV or AIFF format) that we usually call “Mixdown”, in which all elements of the track are mixed together.

The Mastering engineer will work on the stereo file with the intention to bring clarity to the mix, solve the possible technical mistakes in it, glue all the sounds together, open the so called “3-dimensional space”, find the right loudness to compete with the rest of the music of a specific genre and finally ensure that the final product “translate” as good as possible on as many as possible listening systems. This will ensure that no matter where you will listen your music, if it is an iPad, a Phone or a very Hifi System or a CLUB, the track will sound homogeneous.

Stem Mastering

With Analog Outboard and Digital Precise instruments.

From 99€

Stem Mastering is a more modern version of Mastering: the client will export “groups” of instruments together already mixed instead of a single Stereo file and let the Mastering engineer the responsibility to make additional decisions: compress, equalise, and finalise groups of instruments to ensure the best proportion in between volumes, space perception and so on. The most requested formats are 8 Stem Mastering and 16 Stem Mastering: this will leave the engineer the freedom to fix in a properly acoustically treated room your mix and achieve higher quality than a single Stereo Mastering.

Mixing

With Analog Outboard and Digital Precise instruments.

From 150€

Mixing is the art of blending raw instruments or recorded files together to create the final product called “Song” or “Track”. The Mixing engineer will collect your recordings already arranged, your drums already sequenced, your guitars or Synthesizers or Acid bass lines and Hard Kicks and process thru very expensive analog gear to achieve the optimal clarity for every instruments, and ensure that every elements of your song “Sit tight and loud” together, achieving what we call a good “instruments separation” without the various instruments interfere one another. Then it will be Summed in Analog and Mastered to perfection.
